Obit Extrusion LED Tape Extrusion Profile Anodised Aluminium 1000mm

The Obit Extrusion Profile is designed to build indoor fixtures to illuminate passageways, staircases, etc. If hidden, LED strips give a soft reflected light and do not cause glare. The set of different covers, diffusers and reflective surfaces allows to obtain the desired intensity and dispersion of light.

The design of the profile allows for the construction of fixtures in three basic versions:

• with uncovered aluminium reflective surface
• with a diffuser covering the reflective surface
• offering an option of using exchangable reflective surfaces

The profile is suitable for mounting in grooves, mainly at heights up to approx. 50cm above floor level, with the use of KMA mounting springs. It can also be mounted using adhesives for ceramics, foams or other assembly adhesives.

NOTE FOR SEALED FIXTURES!

Sealed lighting fixtures that are used in applications which are exposed to strong sunlight should be used in conjunction with a day/night switch. The switch will turn the fixtures off during the day when their light would not be visible. This prevents overheating and destruction of the LED diodes. Examples of sunny places include rooftops, building elevations, exposed balconies, terraces etc.
