All prices are subject to VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to alteration without notice.

A quotation does not constitute an offer; it is binding only once an order is placed and accepted by us.

Carriage and packing are charged on net invoice values below £250. Special orders may have carriage passed on at cost.

Payment is due by the last working day of the month following dispatch. Overdue accounts may incur interest, and dishonoured-cheque fees apply; we reserve the right to recover goods for non-payment.

Claims must be made in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery or collection; otherwise they are waived. A note on a consignment note alone is not sufficient.

Title to goods remains with us until they are paid for in full. Until then the buyer holds them as our trustee, and proceeds of any resale are assigned to us against sums owed.

No variation of these terms is binding unless agreed in writing by us.

Products (excluding consumables) carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing faults under normal use. It does not cover misuse, neglect or fair wear and tear; claims are tested by the supplier and a credit issued where upheld.

Online orders may be cancelled within 14 days of the order date or receipt, whichever is longer; return costs are the customer's. Design services already carried out, and custom-made goods, are non-refundable.
