The eye-catching Caravaggio pendants were launched in 2005 and instantaneously gained a status as a design icon and now comes in four new tones carefully chosen by the designer, Cecilie Manz: the Dark Sienna, Dark Ultramarine, Archipelago Stone and Warm Silk. They combine a recognisable shape with a modern expression. The simple, timeless pendant consists of a metal shade with soft, feminine lines held by a chrome-plated metal suspension. The textile cable is particularly well integrated into the design and gives the lamp its finishing touch.

The Dark Ultramarine and Dark Sienna cords are stone grey and the mountings are dark matt chrome, while the Archipelago Stone and Warm Silk has the well known Grey45 cord and matt chrome mounting.

Caravaggio is characterised by direct light without glare. The uplight from the pendant's top also adds to the room's ambient light. This pendant is named after the Italian Baroque painter Caravaggio, who is known for his dramatic paintings with large contrast between light and shadow.
