Tough Rubber Sheathed (TRS) Cable 1.0mm² 3 Core

The 3183TRS is a rubber-insulated power cable designed for supplying reliable power to portable tools, mobile equipment, and everyday appliances. Unlike rigid household twin-and-earth cables or stiff PVC cords, this cable is packed with fine, stranded copper wires and wrapped in a rubber jacket.

This specific construction gives the cable two major advantages: extreme flexibility (it safely bends, twists, and coils without kinking or splitting) and excellent resilience against accidental impacts, grease, and light moisture in workspace environments.

While the tough rubber jacket protects against occasional dampness or splashes, this cable is not designed to live outdoors. * No Permanent Outdoor Use: It does not possess the specialized UV stabilizers required to survive constant sunlight, causing the jacket to dry out and crack over time if left outside. It must never be buried underground or run through external conduits to power permanent garden fixtures.

Best uses and applications This cable is the perfect upgrade for indoor environments where standard PVC cables are too stiff or prone to cracking.
