The Trimless Round Edge Downlight is made from high-quality gypsum plaster, which can be painted to match your ceiling once installed. The bond between the luminaire and ceiling is completely trimless and seamless, resulting in a sleek and polished look.

The Downlights have adjustable clips to be installed in any thickness plaster board is used.

When installed, the downlight merges seamlessly with the ceiling surface, creating an invisible interface that looks as though it has been cast directly into the ceiling surface. The finish quality of these fittings is unmatched by any other material, giving your space a luxurious and refined look.

Installing the Downlight

• Adjust the clips to match the depth of the plasterboard. The clips can be adjusted to a maximum height of 46mm, depending on how they are installed.
• Secure the downlight with two screws per side, to help stabilise the light
• Apply tape around the downlight to cover any gaps and hold everything in place.
• Apply bonding material evenly around the downlight ensuring it fills any gaps and creating a smooth surface
• Skim over the bonding material with plaster to create a seamless finish
• Once the plaster is dry, sand it down, if necessary, to create a smooth surface and paint over the plaster to match the colour of the ceiling.
