Digital RGB LED tapes are capable of producing a vast range of colours by mixing the three primary colours (red, green, and blue) at varying intensities. They can be controlled individually, allowing for dynamic and customisable lighting effects. You'll have the ability to control the colour and brightness of each mounted LED independently thanks to the SPI serial interface, enabling a display of lighting possibilities. Our LED Tape Digital Pixel COB has a unique address every 100mmm. This means that each pixel can be programmed to display a different colour or pattern, resulting in dynamic and eye-catching lighting displays.

LED Tape is a versatile light source with a wide range of uses that can be either decorative or functional. Easy to install with pre-fitted double-sided backing tape and can be cut to a specific length.

Anything from a short linear run of light for under cabinet or plinth lighting, shelving or back lighting mirrors to large scale applications such as low level lighting in corridors, dropped ceilings, cove lighting, doorways, handrails and staircases can be achieved. A wide range of extrusions and diffusers are available to suit any location and produce different effects. For example a continuous, seamless line of light can be created when mounted in Maxi extrusions combined with Liger diffusers.

LED Tape Totally Seamless is a high powered 15W per metre strip light powered by 24V and with 420LED/m. It carries an IP67 rating making waterproof and ideal for external use.

The 5 metre LED tape is pre wired with a power cord. It cannot be joined to additional pieces to make longer lengths. Up to six Digital Tapes (6x75W) can be wired in the same Wise Digital Box. This LED tape can be cut every 100mm. This digital tape supports unidirectional data flow. After cutting, only the side with the DIN (Data IN) pad can be connected to a controller. The DOUT (Data OUT) side cannot be used to receive data.

Controlling your Digital LED Tape

In addition to blending solid colours (RGB), digital pixel tapes can display a range of colour patterns and effects, including gradients, chases, and strobing. These effects can be programmed and controlled using a compatible controller, allowing for a fully customisable and dynamic lighting experience.

We strongly recommend using the Wise Digital Box and a 7-channel transmitter (linked below) for 87 pre-set dynamic effects and the possibility to memorize up to 27 transmitters.
