Line HR-MAX Recessed Floor LED Tape Extrusion Profile Aluminium 2000mm

The Line HR-MAX Recessed Extrusion Profile comes in different lengths and is used to house our LED tape, which keeps the LED tape safe and out of the way.

For Exterior Use - mounting to different types of driveways, patios, pavements, sidewalk surfaces, bike lanes, parking lots etc. (designed to meet IP68 waterproof level)

• Designed to obtain an IP68 waterproof rating
• Designed to reach IK10 degree of protection against mechanical impact
• Resistant to pedestrian and road traffic

Creating an L-shape is possible. You can do this either by:

• Cutting the profiles at a 45° angle and joining them
• Using an end cap to end cap connection, creating an L-shape at the profile corner.

This connection is hermetic, so profiles can be joined in continuous runs. For installation into the ground (e.g., paving stones), we also recommend using the TW technical profile. Power supply can be hidden inside the fixture, directly under the light source. Without either of these methods, there isn’t a way to form an L-shape with the profiles.

Parts Required

Extrusions

As many lengths of extrusion can be used as is desired. Any piece can be positioned end to end with each other to make an unlimited distance.

Endcap

An Endcap is required for each circuit of extrusions being used. It is positioned on the end of the very last extrusion in the circuit and is used to stop dust from and moisture from interfering with the electrical components.

Diffuser

A diffuser is used to give the light a more even blend. Simply purchase the same amount of diffusers as you did with extrusions.
