The Lantern with PIR Motion Detector is ideal for use on exterior walls where a traditional decorative lantern light is more in keeping with existing features, but the automatic switching normally only found on floodlights is desired. An IP43 rating and the construction from aluminium and glass makes this light very robust and resistant to different weather conditions.

This fitting incorporates a PIR motion detector to automatically turn the light on. On the rear of the fitting are two dials, time and dusk. The time dial controls how long the floodlight will remain on once activated, from 5 seconds to 5 minutes. The dusk dial determines the level of darkness required for the unit to start operating, from light to dark.

The PIR is fixed at the bottom of the lantern and has a 110° detection angle. Comes complete with fixing screws, rawplugs and a spare sheet of glass. A 60W E27 Edison screw lamp is available separately. For more information on this product, please click on the technical and downloads tabs.
