The STOS-MDF Surface Extrusion Profile comes in 1M length and it is used to house LED strips up to 10 mm wide (0.39"), which keeps the tape light safe and out of the way. This Surface Extrusion Profile is paintable to match any wall colour or home décor.

Simple and functional profile designed for universal use - specially designated for interior use, as an integrated part of furniture pieces, to light or illuminate cabinets, glass cases, shelving etc.

  • MDF extrusion cannot be exposed to extreme heat, humidity or water.
  • Space for LED strip: 0.4" / 11.2 mm

    • Parts Required

    Extrusions

  • As many lengths of extrusion can be used as is desired. They can be positioned end to end with each other to make an unlimited distance.

    • Diffuser

  • A diffuser is used to give the light a more even blend. Simply purchase the same amount of diffusers as you did with extrusions.

    • Turn off LED lights during peak daylight hours in outdoor applications to avoid excessive heat build-up which will result in diminished LED life.
