The Contract Fire Fixed 12V downlight does not require a firehood and is fire rated for up to 90 minutes.
These fire rated downlights have many features such as a centralisation ring to ensure a uniform air gap between the body of the fixture and the plasterboard, as well as a suction cup for easy lamp removal.
A transformer is required to connect this fitting to mains supply. A 50W MR16 lamp is included.
